I want my G.T.V.

We may see more about Google TV at this years Google IO conference than last years. It seems that Google is not giving up on the fight for our living rooms and whole heartedly wish to take over. Sony has already made another commitment to the platform and is realeasing the NSZ-GS7 in mid to late July for $199. There is rumor of more OEMs bringing what they have to the annual conference as well,  so the good news is that we only have 2 more days to find out!

Thanks, BGR.com

The Imminent Google Drive launch

Some people (me too) have seen the change in their google doc account that there has been a bump in available space for files! If you want to check your own just try and up load a file and check the storage at the bottom of the pop-up.

Is this the end of the Android Market as we know it?

Just a few days ago google decided to rebrand their market for Android apps and other media content. It is now known as Google play. The market is slowly becoming a store for media consumption rather than a place for just apps. So, what does it mean? Google is becoming much more than search, they are becoming a media provider. Instead of limiting themselves to Android users, anybody can access their store and purchase from them. Google's reach is ever increasing and it will be involved in our lives more than just a verb...

I want my GTV!...

Google TV has announced that there will be a pretty big announcement tomorrow, that's Monday 2/13/12; not to stray too far from the norm, google has not revealed a whole lot in regards to details. What could it be? The rumor mill has stopped some time ago with LG being a partner, but nothing ever materializing...so we will see. VIZIO partnership? maybe?...Anyways  good news is, we wont have to wait long for the announcement!...thanks Google!

UPDATE: oh...its just a Youtube app...that they showed at CES 2012...
